About Belka

If finding a Scottish Fold in Australia is a challenging mission, finding a Highland Fold is pretty much mission impossible.

Belka is as Scottish as she could possibly be - with her beautiful fur coat, she’s right up there with the fluffy Highland cows of her country of origin.

As a kitten, she was so unique-looking and adorable - cute and bouncy, hopping around like a little bunny - she just had to stay with us to continue this rare type and lineage.

Belka is a super kind, polite and appreciative girl. If anything, she’s a little too considerate and forgiving towards the other cats.

Belka LOVES her outdoor time, so a secure verandah or cat-proof balcony would be amazing for her. She spends plenty of time sunbathing, and I swear I can actually see her smiling as she breathes in the fresh air.

Belka has now retired from breeding, and it’s her turn to enjoy being someone’s much-loved pet, with no responsibilities other than being adored and spoilt.

We’re carefully looking for the right indoor-only home for Belka, with people who will cherish her for the special girl she is.

If you think that could be you, please send me a little introduction about yourself, your home and any other pets. Finding the right fit matters far more than finding a home quickly.
